The recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and scheduled a zoom call. She reached out about 2 weeks later letting me know that they were proceeding with another candidate but the process was easy and straightforward.

The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and I took the interview to see what the position was like. The interview questions were as expected from a recruiter but she didn't elaborate on the position or the company even though the initial message she sent had limited information about the position. It was hard to gage what I was even interviewing for because of this. More information from the getgo would be useful in the future, HMP recruiters! I didn't send in my resume to be considered for next steps.

1. Zoom interview with HR. 2. Zoom interview with department manager and HR. 3. Zoom interview with President. 4. Phone call with offer. 5. Email with offer letter. All calls were guided well by HR. The process took about 2 weeks.

I was given a chance to generally tell them about myself and my interest in the job before we got into any specifics. They asked me about: - prior experience - my resume - my goals - technology skills (learning new programs, etc) It flowed naturally, with normal interview questions. Plenty of opportunities to ask questions and received clear answers.
