Campus Placement - Aptitude test followed by technical interview and finally HR interview. Aptitude test was pretty simple. In the technical interview basic questions about Java were asked. HR interview was a group interview and basically, was aimed at testing a person's ability to think out of the box. The entire process got stretched to two days.
