First there was a telephonic interview in which they ask some basic questions like what are your qualifications what do you understand by women empowerment etc. Then after clearing there was a versant communication skills test to check your communication skills and hearing power.

Quick easy test on computer. Then meet with hiring specialist and give basic work history and knowledge of previous experience. Not too technical and I had to offer additional information on my skill experience since the interviewer did not ask.
