I have got call from third party agency regarding a drive on a weekday, I have attended, there are around 30+ ppl for 3-4 job roles Round 1 ) assessment round Questions around .net, microservices, sql and react/vue (jd didn't mentioned) - 50% questions will feel you as dump since nobody uses in their career Round 2 - 1 sr swe, 1 swe) resume based questions and thread and basic easy type question DS - went well Round 3 - AVP) same resume based questions and some behaviour kind of round - went well as I believe did good on technical questions and behaviour as well After asking my notice period and cctc Ad After waiting 1 hr they said rejected - no feedback at all. Wasting my entire day I don't recommend at all now. Each round is elimination round
