It’s a joke. Applied a few months ago- the recruiter quite literally forgot about our interview. Played phone tag with me for a week. Spoke for under a minute and didn’t even do an interview when we finally got in touch. I mentioned interest in full time and he ended our very short conversation on “oh, let me see if they’ll consider you for full time as well! I’ll call you back in the next few days.” Never called back, closed my application, three months later the position is still empty.
