In Person interview with two individuals. Went well. Asked standard behavioral type questions. More laid back then anticipated. They made me feel welcome and at ease. Interview took less then thirty minutes in all.

Each step allowed me to showcase my skills and learn more about the organization’s values. I appreciated the opportunity to speak with both HR and clinical staff, which gave me a deeper understanding of the role and the supportive work culture.
