I was offered an interview for RN coordinator job at patient transfer center and set up a 30 min interview via modernhire.com website. I logged into the website on time and joined the call. I sat on hold by myself for 45 min waiting for the interviewer to join the call which never happened. I finally hung up and sent an email to the interviewer asking if they want to reschedule. Hours later I received a response apologizing for technical difficulties and asking for dates and times for a new interview slot. I emailed back with options and never heard back again. It’s been a week since I sent the email. Very unprofessional.
