Application-email to schedule phone interview-email to schedule video interview. The recruiter was great (but also overwhelmed from what I could gather) and the interview was also great. The position ended up getting eliminated , but I was told the interviewer wrote me a great recommendation to be placed elsewhere. I "interviewed" for a different location, but it was one where you record your responses and submit. This interview was 2 questions (are you willing to relocate and tell me a time when you disagreed with your boss). I submitted and then never heard back from anyone, even after some follow up.
