I was overqualified for the position, but applied anyway as it's in the area I was planning to move and I was willing to take a pay cut. The application process doesn't even let you upload your own resume, cover letter or website/portfolio - it's just one of those keyword pluggers. Then after you submit, you have to take a personality assessment that asks arbitrary questions with no context like "Would your colleagues say you're to critical of their work or not critical enough?" - what? Despite 10+ years in the industry, I didn't "pass", and was immediately denied the position (got an automated email message within minutes) without a single actual person viewing my resume. Not worth the time.
