Pre-screening done by HR, then followed up by Head of the Department, by telephone. Next stage was meeting with Director in person. An offer was presented shortly thereafter and salary discussions ensued for a few days, before I signed my employment contract.

Interview was organized and took the entire day. Meeting with multiple cross functional organizations from individual contributors to management. Everyone was professional and the interview were timed with few breaks. The building in Elgin is clean and modern.
