The interview process was pretty standard and lengthy. Phone interview then two zoom interviews. I was a Department Manager for years at a different company and was rejected after 3 interviews. When I contacted them to ask for feedback on how I could improve all three of them totally ghosted me. When I was a hiring manager I always provided honest feedback to rejected candidates so that they could improve. H&M never gave me any feedback or even an acknowledgement of my request. THEN they tried to contact me a year later for another interview. I said no thank you and told them about my interview experience before. No response again. Don't waste your time with this company they don't know what they're doing. There's a reason they have open positions all the time.

2 interviews, one of them in person, the other one was online. Very professional interview process. They were very fast moving from one interview to the next. I would say it was a very comfortable process as well.
