Total 4 rounds of interview. 1st round (One on one): Technical screening from a third party. Basic technical questions on your tech stack and cloud. Basic programs. 2nd round and 3rd round(both -Technical panel interview) : Scenario based technical questions on tech stack and cloud. Questions and opinions on other technologies as well. 4th round(Leadership panel round) - Questions on why you want to change the job. Why H&M. What do you understand about H&M from your previous interactions. Overall it was a positive experience and I am excited to join the company. Only negative thing was it was a lengthy process. Took 3 weeks to complete 4 rounds.
