Entretien
A surprise call 30 minute telephone interview, then a follow up phone call from the store manager inviting me in for interview, then a 30 minute face to face interview with the same person I spoke to on the phone. Previous answers were marked off on a sheet of paper, and notes were made on my new answers. It was chatty and informal. I had googled the questions and prepared my answers around stock rotation, shop floor h&s, organisiting and maintaining rails, customer service, why H&M and examples of visual merchandising - so was knocked for six when I received these questions

Brief interview and the feeling was positive from both sides, but they never replied to me (not even a negative feedback) and when I asked them they ignore my emails.

Entretien
Went to the men's fitting room and waited for the interview to start. Firstly greeting each other, and then start to ask the interview question straightaway. After finished all of the Q&A, just simply said thank you for coming, not many complicated things to do for the interview.
