Was contacted by a representative for a phone interview after passing the first stage of the process involving CV and personal letter. The interview took approximately 25 minutes and would have led to a group interview in the weeks to come

Multiple stages of interview, long process. It starts with an initial screening by HR. Then up to 4 rounds with hiring manager, then technical interview and third one is cross functional. There is sometimes a fourth and final one with HR. The interviews may also involve presentations, case studies and analytical tests.
