Took about 2 weeks. 1 phone interview mostly questions about personality and experience, then if you pass you are scheduled for an in-store interview almost the same exact interview as the phone, then if they like you, you get hired.

Then group activities
- list of scenarios and prioritise 3
- list of scenarios and dress up an individual

Entretien
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
