The interview took place within a H&M Hiring Event.
I had applied for said event online. A day later I recieved an inventation telling me which time I should come in. Arriving at the Hiring Event I had to fill out a form about my availabilty first. Then I had a short interview with a staff member. The questions were average. Afterwards they told me they would contact me within two weeks.

Entretien
A group interview with 12 interviewees and 4 interviewers. First they introduced their company and what they do. Then us interviewees did self-introduction to each other in our own small group of 4. Then the manager asked questions one by one, for 2 or 3 rounds.

Very group focused and they ask you scenario questions like customer service scenarios what you would do in this situation and they also make you style this mannequin with a group

Entretien
it was a small group interview with the first session was QnA (tell about yourself, why apply for H&M, etc) and there was group discussion regarding customer service and retail study case. The last session was styling and presentation about the styling concept.
