Applied online and got a group interview invitation, then attended the group interview, got the result next day. Attended the induction on the following day. It was casual and laid back environment, I did not feel nervous. Although i did not talk much I still got the offer

I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
