Applied online & got a phone interview after a week or so. Phone interview was really easy & straight-forward, they then invited me to attend Sales Assessment day at their Head Office. There was about 10 of us and we did group activities (self-intros, h&m values, customer service, clothing relays) then individual at the end. They pretty much asked what was asked during the phone interview.

Then group activities
- list of scenarios and prioritise 3
- list of scenarios and dress up an individual

Entretien
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
