It is usually a quick 1 round group interview. Questions that were asked were excellent. They keep you well informed of the company and goals. This is a great place to start if you want to get to know the fashion industry

It was very light asked me basic customer service questions, my history of customer service and what my schedule would look like. You first walk in asking for the manager, they find the manager and you follow them as they escort you to their little office and conduct the interview in that space.
