Horrible. Found out through 3rd party (friend) that I was not hired - GuideOne did not make initial phone call / email to inform me that I was not hired. Hiring manager spoke to a friend and informed my friend that GuideOne was hiring someone else. I am not bitter that I was not hired - just bitter that GuideOne did not take action to inform me of them not hiring me. Instead, it was told to a friend and the friend informed me of their decision. After they knew their decision that they were not going to hire me, me leaving 2 voicemails (after I was called and hung up on since the hiring manager realized he dialed the wrong person) for them and multiple emails (following up on the manager's call) - I finally received a response from them 5 days later (weekend is included in those 5 days). Their response (HR's response) was that they were sorry on how I found out. Lol. Even though HR knew about this on day 2 and I received an email from HR not stating anything about the non-hire on that Day 2 email. They actually did me a favor, since I personally would not want to work for a company that cannot voice their own matters directly to the people involved. Makes me wonder what type of talking goes on behind their own employees, if this happened with my experience. ***Candidates beware of this company - I definitely do not trust them as far one can throw them****
