First I submitted both their application and a copy of my resume. I also had to submit a copy of my transcripts from the university that I got my degree from when I was offered the position. Then I was called in for an interview. I was interviewed by the program director and by one of the other advocates. I was then offered a tentative offer of employment contingent on my reference and background check. I then had to have a drug test done and get a driving report from the DMV after I was offered the position.
