Multi-stage interview process including case studies and general interview questions digging into past experience and reasons for applying to GPC. GPC were very communicative and supportive during the process and kept me up to date with next steps and outcomes.

Entretien
Conducted over two rounds, included one case study and a lot of chatting for 'cultural fit' purpose with some of the more senior people. Reasonably challenging but quite relaxed and flexible; could discern the calibre of the people and the culture of the office pretty quickly from the initial meeting.
