The first stage interview was set up in two days after applying, with two line managers. It was very professional, nice atmosphere, questions were at the point, no tricky ones. The second stage was weird. HR Mgr put an effort to convince me how wrong I am applying for this position, it was slightly insistent and put me out of comfort zone.

They will call you to check your English level first and then invite you to at least two more interviews with the line manager and programme directors. They have patience and empathy if English is not your first language.
