It was handled professionally. There were two interview rounds with higher management along with assignment test and its review. HR handled it pretty well with proper 1:1 communication at every step.

I got a call from HR Parnaik. I had to follow up with her for everything. I never got to know why I was not selected as there has been no mail and now I even don't feel like following up as it's been really long. I just got a mail with a case study and link for the exam. This I got after I reminded her she had to send me. I had applied for community manager but got the mail for the program manager.

Case study and exam with no pattern. Be careful the 1st four pages have 2 or 3 questions and then suddenly you will get 15 questions in the last link.
