I applied online and was contacted for a 30 minute phone screen with their Senior Account Director. It was your basic phone screen. After about a week, I invited to an on-site interview with their founder and a junior team member that lasted about an hour. We discussed my interests, background, experience with media and mentoring of junior team members. While I think we both left feeling there were better fits, I enjoyed speaking with the Gravitate team and look forward to watching them make their mark on the Bay Area and beyond.
