It is very very fun, and not pressure from interviewer. But of course not casual as well. Just do yourself and present yourself as normal. Do not try to talk too much nonsense and do not answer question by memorising the answer from books. It show a bit weird.

My interview experience at Grant Thornton was smooth and professional. The interviewer asked me two core questions: 'Tell me about yourself' and 'What are your strengths and weaknesses'. The whole process was relaxed and well-structured. After answering the questions, the interviewer took the time to explain the internship details clearly, including the allowance, MC policy, and the timeline for the result. I really appreciated how organized and respectful the whole process was.
