Overall, pretty disappointed with this company and hiring process. I applied for a separate role and was referred to look into this one. When I did, my resume was accepted as a referral instead of part of the applicant pool. Sounds great, right? Wrong. After a phone screen with HR and two virtual interviews with hiring managers, I’ve been ghosted. I was told they were looking for an immediate hire, that they liked me a lot, that someone would be in touch very soon. I’ve followed up multiple times and still nothing. Everyone I spoke to at the company spoke very highly of the culture. One even said they’d hope to retire at Grant Thornton. Evidently, actions speak louder than words.
