The first phases of the interview are at the manufacturing site. Interviews with the Plant Manager, Quality Manager, Process Engineer, and other staff as they are available. The interview with the Plant Manager is one-on-one, the interview with staff was a panel format. After this phase, an interview in York, PA with operations VP and other executive leadership takes place. The second phase of interviews is also one-on-one.

I was contacted by a recruiter last October and had a chance to talk to somebody from TA at Graham. The so called phone screen was the worst interview I ever had. The Interviewer was absolutely not prepared, not focused, not asking sense making question about my background (I have a BS in Plastic and Rubber. ) i decided to apply online. Never heard back. I applied online for a different job, which is now since April under review. Looks like they have massive TA issues.
