Group Interview - From this point onwards people went into separate rooms and were further qualified for potential roles. After this point a number of different roles and interviews were thrown at me from which I could pick which I attended.

Had a brief phone interview which led to an invitation to a group assessment. Group assessment involved 3 activities. The first was a 30 second pitch where you basically say who you are and why you would be suitable for a recruitment/sales role. The second activity involved being split into pairs and interviewing eachother about why they would be the outstanding candidate and then pitch this to the group. Finally, we were taken outside and called in one by one for a 1-1 interview.
