5 questions competency based interview conducting on Microsoft teams. Based on managing a team and explaining complex information. No real technical accounting questions were asked. They were very much promoting remote working with occasional travel to the Birmingham HQ.

Online interview with three interviewers. Competency based questions. Total of 45 minutes long. It was a set format for the interview questions and the interviewers didn't seem to deviate from the script.
