Submitted an application / resume on GFS.com. About two months later I received a call from a sales manager who basically gave me a quick phone interview and scheduled me in for a personal 2 on 1 interview the next week. At 2 on 1 interview I was asked about my background, sales experience and why I was interested in GFS. They also asked me my salary requirements. The interview lasted about an hour and I felt comfortable with the process. A few days later the manager asked me to interview with the regional manager. Regional manager was personable and easy going. He asked me about myself and a few basic questions. A few days after that interview the sales manager asked to meet with me to discuss an offer. I met and accepted the offer later that day. The next day I went for a drug screening and submitted paperwork for a background check. Started training about two weeks later.

The interview process was very quick and speedy, and the interviewer created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The questions were very simple and could be answered very naturally. As long as you are good at talking about yourself and are polite and have good problem solving skills and strategies, it is easy.
