I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted by a recruiter for a video interview. Because of the Glassdoor review I did not give much interest in the initial recruiter round. However, to my surprise, I was called for a second round with Hiring Manager, and then Third round with Head of Client Solution, fourth round to prepare a case study and a PowerPoint presentation. It included a lot of deep analysis questions and only 3 days to prepare, and Fifth I was asked to present it to Hiring Manager and Head of Ad Sales in a Panel round. I gave the presentation on a Friday afternoon, and everything went well. After few hours I noticed the same job was reposted in LinkedIn.
A week later got a rejection email. As mentioned by other candidates I seriously doubt if they have a real job requirement or just posting jobs to get ideas from the candidates on how to improve their business for free.
