Someone calls you to set up the first phone screen. Human resources calls you and does a PHone screen and asks about 10 questions about your resume and working with other employees and which locations you want to work at. They also ask about your ability to drive to work.

Very easy, they mostly are just curious on your availability and why pick Goodwill and occasionally ask what your strongest skill is. On top of that they are very friendly and it feels a lot like a conversation other than a stern interview.

Entretien
1st round is a group interview with other interviewees and 2nd is one-on-one. You have to make sure you arrive at the Hiring Center before 9 with your application printed out.
