The hiring process is horrible, They first have you do a phone interview then a typing test and then another test. After you pass those then you have a group interview with two top managers. After you pass that then you can get a final interview with the Vice President. After speaking with VP he has you go out and talk with managers and current employees, which was a total waste of time because the manager and employees could care less that you are there. The process is way too long and they don't have confidence or trust in their upper management. They also don't let you know that you must work at least one Saturday a month besides your 50 hours minimum per week. Beyond this if you are a trainee you must pass your NMLS test and they say that they give you training with the whole class, come to find out the training is all on you. Finally the company promotes a 24.04 per hour on indeed but once you pass your test they reduce your pay to 16.00 per hour plus commission. Needless to say this company is very misleading!
