The interview process was carried out in under a week.
An initial chat with HR was followed by the CTO and finally two engineers.
Very transparent on the current state of engineering and the direction the team was heading.
No programming test through the interview, just very light discussions around technical details.

Very friendly initial behavioural interview then followed by a more technical one. Then they invited me to their HQ and had very interesting discussions with the Engineering Leads and the CEO.

Pleasant initial interview with the head of talent, followed by a secondary interview with the head of their software team, and a final interview at their headquarters in Richmond with the COO

I applied in an SRE capacity so my questions were mostly SRE related, but there were some also some questions mixed in about my experience as a software engineer in the past, as well as some fairly stock standard "What do you like about Goodhuman/Why do you want to work at Goodhuman"
