There is no authenticity in the information given by the company. All of my interviews rounds were done and I had gotten through all of them as informed by the recruiter. Then he asked me to take up another interview for SDE4 if I wish to. I asked him clearly what happens if I don't pass the bar for SDE4 and he said, if I get rejected in the new round I will be offered an SDE3 anyway. However, in the final interview, I was not selected and the SDE3 offer was also taken back.
