- Recruiter reaches out via Linkedin and then they ghost you. Sincerely, stop with the nonsense. It's extremely unprofessional to start reaching out only to ghost people when they request any additional updates, for the sake of scheduling and obviously interest in the role. Start being accountable for that instead of resorting to never reaching out again. It's annoying.

Recruiter reached out through LinkedIn. Spoke on the phone with them a few times prior to interviewing. They were very helpful and provided me with plenty of info moving in to the interview. I interviewed with two senior engineers, though one was only shadowing. 30 minutes chatting about my experience using real examples, 30 minutes of coding live coding w/camera on. They were both very kind and very helpful during the coding portion. As far as these interviews normally go, I really appreciated both the recruiter and the engineers that I interviewed with. Everyone was timely in response and kind, and I got a response post-interview quickly. These things can be nerve wracking for new graduates so it’s nice for the process to go so smooth.
