I was told I was shortlisted for a role, sent over my availability, over a week goes by and I still haven't heard back from the recruiter. I follow up with her and she says "manager filled the position". Oh, great thanks for letting me know. Totally unprofessional all throughout the process. Texting instead of calling/emailing, no communication whatsoever, and they lead you on until you are no longer wanted. Do NOT work with the recruiters at this company. Work with a company that will look at you like you are more than just a number.
