Responded to a position, advertised as salary plus commission, I got the interview. Went well, after an hour, and a barrage of canned questions. I was told to follow up in a week. To which I did. I was then told, that he was trying to get the funding, from HR from the position. Huh? After another few weeks, he said he wasn't getting funding, but would pass me to another dept, that was hiring. I interviewed with that person, today. After 2 minutes of the interview, I was informed the position he had open, was commission only. I turned it down, and stopped the call. It was a pure bait and switch situation on their part. Post a better position, knowing its not a real position, and they hand you off to the real position. Deceptive hiring processes won't get you anywhere.
