J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Giorgio Foods

      Entretien

Telephone interview was quick. I was asked about coming from a IT PMO Director position to a project manager position. Feedback on phone was it was a good move to take a step down and regain PM experience which I agreed. I then was asked my salary requirements and I reluctantly answered and he responded that it was manageable. The next day he called for a face to face interview. During the in-person interview I described my background and experience to the hiring manager. His response was that I would be a good candidate for his role. He then proceeded to ask me if I was married (which should not be asked) and that I should talk to my wife about becoming a consultant. I found this to be very unprofessional as I was not in an interview for a position that I applied for just to get career coaching advice. He then did a complete 180 from the phone interview and said that in his experience once you reach a director level it’s difficult to go downward. I knew from his reaction and feedback it was a waste of time. This was confirmed when I placed a follow up call to him a couple weeks later. His response to me was they are looking for a Day to Day PM and that my salary requirements were on the higher end. Keep in mind that I was a PM for 15 years then 5 years as a Global Director for Critical Project Execution in a much larger organization. This company should look at the candidates they are filling director level positions with a little closer.
