Applied online and had an initial phone screen with the recruiter about a week later. The recruiter seemed fairly new and couldn't provide any information beyond the basics. The next phone screen was with the hiring manager. After that, I was flown to Foster City for a full day of interviews with about 6 people. The interviews were pretty unorganized and some people who knew nothing about the job or department were brought in to fill gaps where the original interviewer was unavailable. There was a lunch with the hiring manager in the middle of the interview. I heard nothing back for over a month when the recruiter notified me that they went with someone else.
