I applied online and within 2 days a recruiter send me an email to coordinate a phone interview. We coordinated a date and time, that was easy. I was preparing myself for questions and making a good impression to get a 1:1 phone or in person interview with the hiring manager. The date and time arrived and I was waiting for the call that didn't happen. I waited for 45 minutes, I checked my email to verify if I was the one to call but not. Ok, i sent an email to the recruiter to re-schedule the call, and she never answered. I let few days to pass, I checked the website to see if the position still open and then I sent another email showing my interest and that I was available and no respond. I was very excited, I really wanted this position and I'm very capable and with all the right qualifications but the first reach out and then no respond back, it was very disappointed and rude. This is very sad that people play with your feelings and the desire to work and do their best in a company. As of today, the position still open.
