I applied online, and received a phone call soon after. I came in for a 20 minute conversation. I showed my portfolio and we discussed my past experience. Then, I was given a short task to complete, and I went to an office to sketch and create some sample ideas. I returned and showed them what I came up with. They liked it, because I was hired on the spot!
