I think the expectations of this job is simply too much that is required of a person coming to an interview, test on the spot, especially the listening and repeating part when someone else is talking, that is not easy to do, we are humans, not robots. It is very rude to talk while someone is speaking, that simply means there is no way you can listen appropriately. My question is what is the month training for if they want you to come into the door already experienced and then have the nerve to pay an individual only 9.50 an hour, that is what I was told, with all of this testing, I feel the pay should be more. It is not like we are competing for the Ms. America contest, who will really see us and I hear so many people talking about how boring the job is after getting sworn in by the Justice of the Peace, it seems, I don't know, I'm just saying. Is it really worth it in the long run!
