There were two phone screens, one for fit and another for technical, followed by a round of in-person interviews onsite in Berlin. In the end, I withdrew myself from the process. Most people I met were very nice and accommodating, but I also met with two of the founders. I found them both impossibly arrogant and self-involved, completely unwilling to consider anything which challenges their norm, and I have no desire to work with people of such a nature.
