Interview was all out of order and was interviewing with the wonderful person who would be my boss but thats not standard supposedly and then i was told that i would be contacted for next steps or at least by a human and i was then just auto rejected by email. This is partially my fault as the salary range was not posted and their most upper end was barely above where i am at but seriously dont say you will be in touch then just auto reject- its cold and unprofessional.
