It was a laidback and easy video panel interview with 2 people. I was told at the end that they would make a decision within a few days, but it has now been about two weeks since the interview and I haven't heard back from anyone, not even after trying to follow up with the interviewer and recruiter. I guess this unprofessionalism is the norm these days but needless to say, I was ghosted.
