The interview process went smoothly. The initial interview primarily consisted of straightforward questions about myself, such as my strengths, weaknesses, and prior experience in the BPO industry. It felt quite easy. However, in the final interview, the questions became more challenging, focusing on my advantageous qualities for customer service. While I can't disclose all the questions, I can say that they were more intricate compared to the initial round. I received the job offer, but I declined it because the beginner's salary was only 15,000😅
