After getting shortlisted you will get a call for technical round and some other aptitude rounds are also there which is easy to pass, after that VP round is also there. If every thing goes well you will the offer letter.

Just past work experience hr decision only. If you have 8 years of relevant experience but still they look for b.com graduates. They won't consider relevant experience if you are not from B.com background. They ask us to wait for next opportunity.
