A pleasant and stress-free skills and resume-based interview by phone, then a follow-up by video chat. A very professional and very pleasant experience. Everyone I interacted with by email, by phone or by video chat was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
It really made for a low stress discussion of skills and abilities instead of feeling like you're on display -- or on trial.
